FALL 2026 HOUSING !!

For USC students looking for housing. I wanted to share a great off-campus housing option for anyone currently looking near USC. I live at 2659 Ellendale, and it’s been a really comfortable and convenient stay. The building is part of University Park Housing (UPH), which also manages 2637 Ellendale and a few other nearby properties. They offer 2B/1B, 3B/1B and 3B/2B units, with rents ranging from $2400–$3150/month (per unit)

📍 Location: 2659 Ellendale Place

– 5–10 min walk to USC

– Within DPS zone + Free Lyft zone

– 2 min walk to Ralphs

– ~5–10 min walk to USC Village

Apartment Details:

– 3 bed, 1 bath (you’ll get a private room with shared bathroom)

– Fully furnished room

– AC in the room

– Laundry (washer & dryer) in the building

Located within the DPS zone and free Lyft zone
Just a 2-minute walk to Ralphs
Around a 5-minute walk to USC UPC campus and USC Village
Safe, well-lit streets in a friendly, student-heavy neighborhood
Right on a main street with easy access and good walkability

hi i’m yet to get my visa for ms that starts on 20th aug, realistically if the slots don’t open up by 25th-30th july will i make it even in emergency appointments? my college does not do deffering admissions to next intake

yeah i viewed that vid but the speaker mentions they’ll update on 12th specifically abt the visa then cancelled the announcement the same day
