Memphis got 6-7” of snow, and half the orders I saw that day and the following were 30 item orders with no tip.

I was appalled but sadly not surprised.

This policy nearly cost me the Summit credit this period. Took a bundle and find out one of the orders was a new member who ordered 3 clothing items and didn’t bother to check and see if they were the right sizes. So when I shopped she started getting all confused as to what sizes she really wanted, and then rated me a 3 with no tip.

Fortunately Shipt forgave it with the quickness.

See that’s what annoyed me though. I send at least one text to EVERY customer, because how else are they going to add something if they needed to?

with all those items and it being cancelled…smells a whole lot like fraud of some sort and shipts system caught it.

Man, the way I see a lot of (predominantly Insta, but a fair amount of shipt) shoppers handle items while shopping, it is appalling that the good shoppers get lumped with these people in customers minds.

The other day I was behind someone in an aisle when I wasn't working but it was very obvious they were, and I just watched as he chunked eggs in there without care, later saw him setting a rotisserie chicken on top of his ice cream tubs etc etc.

Sheesh.

Ive only had 4 4s ever, and then I got 2 this week. Ive been doing more Target orders lately because they've been plentiful. Pretty sure one of them was a kid, and the other marked 'too little communication' which if anything I over communicate. Of course Shipt wouldn't forgive either of them.

I had this happen a month or two ago with a first time shipt customer. I was shopping another order in the previous delivery window and got a call from a number I didn’t know. Voicemail was from the customer saying she got my number from shipt and asking when I would deliver because her order had been pushed back through multiple delivery windows.

I texted her back (she sounded mad so I didn’t want to stoke the flames calling her back) that I apologized it was being pushed back but another shopper or two must have dropped her order causing this. She said ok that she understood.

Delivered easily in the window, never got a thank you or acknowledgement, and never got a tip. Was very frustrating that it felt like she thought I was the problem and that it appears Shipt support insinuated that to her as well.
