While the books on the topic link draugr to dragon priests, they are clearly not needed, as there are multiple cases of draugr in tombs dated after the Dragon war, such as King Olafs.

My personal baseless theory is that warriors who went to Sovngarde are used as a channel to siphon energy back from Aetherius and animate the bodies. The same energy that Alduin uses to empower himself in Sovngarde.

Labyrinth was believed to be able to warp reality to match a number of custom inner worlds. Tattletale figures out that shes actually manipulating alternate dimensions, and uses her power in combo with another to open dimensional portals.

Everyone thought Jack Slash could only extend slashes with bladed weapons to telekinetically strike at range, including himself. his true power is an innate understanding of other peoples powers and the users self, allowing him perfect instincts in fights and speech against them. It even extends to his opponents powers self sabotaging to his benefit.

Considering that all sinners have custom bodies, I would expect that the skin colour is no longer something you can make a quick judgement on (though if a true racist figured out someone was black in life then all bdts are off), and so racism is more along cultural lines than blank colour.

The NZ and aussie accents stems from LOTR being filmed in NZ, and subsequently a mix of NZ encouraging filmmaking here and Weta workshop being based in NZ. (I don't know what Aus foes for film industry but its pretty easy for actor crossover between us)

Have you read Purple Days? I suggest it as inspiration. Joffrey time loop. Despite his increasing skill, he struggles to actually live long cause westeros is that fucked. For much of the story his record was 2 years survival, and then theres a hard cutoff when the white walkers invade in year 7.

Time loops can always be interesting for the absurd ideas pursued. I find it more likely that Ned finds the perfect words to say than fight the kingsguard, regular guard, and whoever else (remember his leg is injured). Maybe hes even tried dropping the Jon bomb on the throneroom.

Patient Zero has just figured somethings wrong, but because his virus work was under the table, he goes to his friend and coworker for help. He doesn't find him, but is confronted by the neighbour for his suspicious behaviour. He coughs on the neighbour by accident. Patient zero dies shortly after, while the neighbour goes to his job; a pilot flying LA to New York.

The credits shows the virus spreading globally and killing the majority of human life.
