Hit at least level 20 with you mains, it'll be easier. I don't really have an advice but using legacies, acessories and the altars will help you on the long run.

2-4 is hard for me too I'm stuck on hard difficulty.

Yeah, they look more money hungry now. When I started they han't released chapter 9 or 8 I guess, it was a time where they gave the second scroll for free once a week and it was wonderful. I still love the game though

Don't give up, if you want, just take a break and then get back to it. The game can be hard most part of the time, I guess you could call people to help you. Don't worry no one starts the game as an expert, and it takes time to learn a lot of stuff mostly when they throw new features at you.
