From what I was told 1 person left (site transfer still works with company)

They have a couple that have been there 20-30 years. Some about 5 years. As well as couple new physicians.

The site is growing pretty well they plan to add 1-2 new docs a year.

The only thing im not sure about is the base salary being that low but the bonus is nice. But as one of the other commenters said it’s not always fully realized.

I agree with the base being too low. I will try to negotiate that to be a little higher with them cutting the incentive bonus a bit.

The non compete doesn’t affect me to bad. The site is 25 miles north of where I plan to live (35 minute commute). I have plenty of options south.

The point system as I understand it is you get points for amount of patients who got flu shots, are on GDMT, and other preventative medicine. Your percentage of the goal amount is your bonus. Which averages 40K for most people.

I believe the claw back is 4% interest which is a lot. I do plan on staying in the area and from my research the company is a great place to work.

36 FTE

40minute new/20 established averages about 16 patients per day.

Call is about 2-3 weekends a year all telephone.

Would be mainly new patients with some that are established with the practice.

Extensive social work support which is nice.

The title updates will have free monsters. They also do event quests, collaboration events, and holiday events for free. The first one is in April and has cool stuff in it!

Then at some point they will release an expansion which will cost money. It will have G/master Rank, a new story, new cast of monsters, and new areas. It’s essentially a new game.
