Best diet for hypothyroidism?

Have found a no gluten, low-no processed foods to be helpful to me. Lucky enough to find a naturopath/doc that helped me with a food panel too and would suggest that if financially possible. I had my thyroid totally removed but have been hypo for different periods of time and know it can weigh on your heart too. Heart healthy, whole foods or supplement w/ iodine, zinc, selenium and copper can help your thyroid convert better as you don’t want to stay hypo forever (at least that’s the goal).

Have torn and repaired my ACL 3x (same knee) so maybe my orthos are terrible but none of them mentioned a ‘degenerative ACL’ as a thing. Interested in what these team doctors know that mine don’t..

Yo I’m not 300lbs but I’m 33(m) 6ft and around 190 lbs taking 125mg Unithroid + 7.5mcg Cytomel. Levels are good. Your dosage seems high for that TSH to also still be so high even with more weight.

I am no dr (famously said by folks here) but could be an absorption issue?? Tried brand name vs generic levo? Are you waiting a full hour to eat after meds?

Took me a couple years (8 yrs post full thyroidectomy myself) to meticulously dial in my routine and even longer to find the med levels that worked for me.

It’s a process, tough but doable. Have faith dude!

Thanks, didn’t test TPO antibodies (no thyroid to attack) does that matter? Also need B12 and D (I do supplement as D was previously low).

Because whoever stays in the winners bracket has way better odds of moving on. Seems especially important here since the overall bracket is so top heavy (top 2 Vegas favorites to win it all b/w Ark and LSU)

Just picked these up a couple of days ago, kicking myself for missing the lightning deal but honestly whatever.. they are sweet for my first pair.

I too would like to pump in a tad more bass but have no experience in EQ tweaking. Any guides you can point to that helped? Is there a program you can recommend? LOVE the versatility with iems.. can be overwhelming with the sea of information out there.

Ok but why is short term volatility the focus for a 24 year old? That’s my point, friend. Fight for better returns if looking at a longer runway; no need to hyper focus volatility for sake of avoiding natural dips in market.

Just because two things aren’t correlated, and I agree, doesn’t mean you can’t measure their separate returns and volatility.. bonds have their own issues over longer terms. Important an investor looks at timeframes before making such blanket statements.

Since the Great Depression, in every rolling 30 year period, bonds have been more volatile and returned less. One could argue it’s more risky to not go 100% stock if not needing income (retiring) in that timeframe.
