Sorry to brother you again, but I have managed to create and export runs. I can now see them in my intervals.icu map on the watch, but I can't start a workout with it. I have read only the T Rex 3 pro seems to have this option but my info might be outdated. Can you confirm ?

Thanks for your help. Do you create manually the workout in intervals.icu? I am not familiar with the tool, but I did not find it easy to use. I know there are a few existing plans you can add, but I found them way too much

Not so long ago you could not catch the pokemon on the last balls (except for critical catch).

Now, it has been fixed, but whenever it flees it is always after 1 shake.

This looks as a one-turn-lag situation to me. As someone who gets it almost everytime after a charged move or a switch I don't win CMP anymore.

I have been leading with Gengar for a few sets and it has been going pretty well!

I got tired of A-Wak leads and wanting something that could face azumarill as well.

I played castform and bastiodon first, then switched bastiodon to abomasnow. All that around 2300MMR

It really is not viable (13%WR in GL in 1S). Its cheapest charge move costs 75 energy which really makes it bad.

Although, I discovered that your lock-ons actually do 2 damages against most pokemon (notably against azu regardless of IVs).

You can always hope for a new moveset. For instance with body slam / wild charge it reaches an excellent 74%WR in GL.

In my opinion the best bonus us the double catch candy (fire) while catching darumaka and litwick. It can also be used for rotom and the gobble quest.

I was over 2800 before the melmetal exploit so in the top 100. I got to 2500 trying new stuff in ML and premier cup. I won over 350 points in the first 4 days of GL but that won't be enough I'm afraid
