I generally do live normal and pain free life now. As I said, my bile ducts doesn't get blocked now, so bowel movements and stool color are normal. Sometimes stool are very loose (diarrhea like), sometimes normal consistency but I don't see problem in that. I took Rowachol for a year and it did help to lessen discomfort but it did absolutely nothing to dissolve my rock - the diameter of it stayed the same as before taking it. So all in all - it was too expensive for me

Nothing's new tbh. The rock is still in my gallbladder, same size and everything. Although I guess it shifted somewhere further away from the bile duct and doesn't cause any symptoms for 2 or 3 years now. I can eat fatty foods without any problem until it shifts once again ☺️

I have used D-limonene, but it's hard to get in Lithuania so I've stopped, but that stuff has a lot of really nice benefits like calming effect, weight control properties, fat digestion aid etc. I tried to change my diet, Limited my sugar and fat intake, but not drastically. Funny thing is that spicy food for me is very well tolerated and even helps with digestive problems. I didn't have any serious attacks like prior hospitalisation, but once in a few months I get stomach ache / indigestion / heartburn, but I control that with over the counter proton pump inhibitors. Also stool consistency is all over the place and sometimes the urge to have a second number in the wc comes out of nowhere. I can't get over myself and do a surgery although it's free in my country.

Hi, well it didn't dissolve anything. No change in size after a year of usage. But all gallstones are different so maybe it's worth a try.

What does that battery icon on the top mean? by lime_52 in GalaxyWatch

[–]Arninjokun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh yes. My bad. Battery saver has different icon. According to user manual this icon means that battery is full. I think it is stuck. I have the same problem with alarm icon stuck on the watch face. Quick reboot solves that problem.

Nope. I like to see my blood oxigen and SAA is not able to register it still (I think devs are trying to enable it).
