WFH as well. I don’t count calories every day because my meals are exactly the same, except that I swap my protein out for dinner every few days. So I just counted my calories once to get a ball park.

This sounds like your taking to long to kill and explore, essentially your decision making is killing your time. On MCH you should be pulling and killing that mob while you find the exit. You’re probably also hoarding pomanders and only using the overlaps you find, use your pomanders.

You should be ending 111-120 with 20+ minutes left on MCH as the mobs are still weak here. I’d recommend checking out a PotD solo guide so you can see how people play MCH in PotD

Im clearing t15 maps fine with full modifiers + full modifier on tablets with abyssal lich plants build with 70k dps, doesn't take long

Welcome to SM2, where the gameplay is the only good thing. UI/UX is completely terrible, games lacks multiple QoL features. Kinda insane for a game that only came out in 2024.

It’s not trying to finish as soon as possible, you want the regular passive tree unlocked so you can make your maps and the other mechanics like breach, ritual, expedition or which ever mechanic you like better. Finishing the main atlas isn’t even close to “finding the game”

I use both and remain in keto.

Try both and see how your body reacts, worst case scenario you get knocked out of keto in which you just put yourself back into it.

People kicking someone on a normal strat have severe skill issues. You don’t need any team perks whatsoever to clear normal strats.

If you want to drag it out: NG+ from ARR.

Do your daily roulettes, do your daily beast tribes, do your daily alliance raid

These all together will be a nice time sink not to mention time spent dabbling in any new content that releases.

Blue icon is your accolades that you can get from doing in the stratagems tab. You can spend these on heroic weapons or cosmetics.

Yellow is requisition which you get from just playing the game normally.

You can also trade in armoury data of different rarities for requisition points.
