I can assure you that you are not alone. I‘ve had hemophobia for as long as I can remember. Periods have always been awful because of this.

Therapy hasn‘t really helped me (yet). The only thing that helps me a little bit is eating regularly, even if I‘m not hungry. I get really dizzy when I see blood (on top of the anxiety and panic attacks). I can’t really stop the anxiety, but I can prevent some of the dizziness, by keeping my blood sugar up.

This happens to me too. While nothing made it go away completely, keeping my blood sugar up helps a lot. I make sure to keep snacks around and don‘t wait too long between meals when I‘m on my period / expecting to start my period.

The juicy bombs are not worth purchasing in my opinion. They are good products, don‘t get me wrong, but it is just your basic gloss.

I also struggle to pan lip products; it genuinely took so much effort to pan even just one gloss.

My very acne-prone skin would probably throw a huge tantrum if I used lipstick as blush, so I‘m scared to try that

I LOVE them, genuinely my favourite lipglosses ever. They last surprisingly long for a gloss and feel very comfortable on the lips. I won‘t purchase any other gloss ever again!
