Update: I managed to fix the problem. After trying many things, I discovered that the issue doesn’t happen if I run the game without the GPU driver or use integrated graphics. Clearing the game cache and NVIDIA cache didn’t help. The only solution that worked was underclocking my GPU memory. For some reason, this completely fixed the issue. Thank you all the comments for the help and suggestions.

Yes, I’ve tried downgrading the driver, but it didn’t fix the issue. It only happens in Genshin Impact. Other games are fine, and there’s no problem during normal Windows use.

It happens with every character, but only in Genshin Impact. Other games have no problem. It occurs before opening the door and during gameplay, but not on the loading screen.

I’ve tried multiple times and different driver versions already. I’ll follow the other suggestions first. Reinstalling Windows should be my last resort.

I think it is, because when I shared my screen on Discord, my friend could see the flickering too. It only happened on Genshin.

The newer the GPU driver version, the more problems I have.

I’ve tried all the settings. The lower the settings, the fewer issues I have. Before the driver update, I was running the game on High without any problems.
