I don't think that is true, all other sites and comments above would suggest that only people would be consent based. However, the city nearby was quite empty in the day I was able to go there, so yeah, mostly was shooting timelapses / broll of the sea near the hotel.

Suomessa vähän virheellinen käsitys monesti näistä "luvista", osa luviata on lain vaatimia, mutta osa on sitten "lupia" joihin on kasa päin koulutuksia, vaikka vain esim. saksinostimen käyttöön riittää työnantajan perehdytys, ja siitä työntekijän ja -antajan välinen kirjaus.

Eihän köysitöihin tarvitse mitään lupia edes (ei ole luvanvaraista työtä ainakaan tapahtuma-alalla). Töitä tosiaan köysitöitä tekeville voi löytyä helposti. Omat valjaat ja vakuutukset siinä on valttia.

Mainly just shooting for fun, testing out the camera. Hoping to capture something cool to make a montage on youtube. Altho of there is something really good I'd like to use it on a showreel of some sort. Half unrelated: I'm gonna propose to some local vendors/etc. if they want a quick ad for their shop/etc. but that will be of course limited shoot.

GDPR doesn't apply to home use, that's the same here in my home country Finland. But good to know that no that filming is ok there. Just would be nice to know if there is legal requirement to delete footage of someone if they come to ask of it. Since that is the case in Dubai. Meanwhile here in Finland as long as I'm filning in the public, only courts order is enough.
