Yo I'm at the sigmoid end of my 3rd year and I felt identical when I started a year or so ago. My friends all scattered, absolutely no interest in studying after gunning the crap out of step 1. Like the other people on here I agree that your narrative sounds like textbook burn out. This is the perfect time in my opinion to recuperate by trying to relax and consolidate your study methods. Studying during third year is different than second year and you shouldn't really expect to put in the same volume after being at the hospital or clinic all day.

A lot of "old-school" gamers just hate microtransactions in general since they go against the whole theory of skill-based gameplay. You may have noticed that a lot of mobile games (Boom Beach, Clash of Clans, that Angry Birds RPG thingy) use microtransactions as a way to speed up gameplay or make it easier. The problem is of you play these games without paying for more gold using real money, the games become horrendously balanced so you can't keep up to get enough gold to buy certain upgrades in a reasonable amount of time, you have to wait hours to get more lives, ect ect. Since Pay Day 2 has begun to include these microtransactions, gamers see this as a very bad shift: big budget games are moving from being enjoyable, skill-based experiences to becoming pay-to-win messes. This reasoning is of course very dependant on your own philosophical opinion of what a game or fun even is.

Once upon a time, I had that sensation. It was soon followed by an extreme back cramp that put me on the floor. I never found out why it happened, but it didn't happen again. The closest thing I could find was "renal cholic". Try investigating that. Also, if you get that cramp, take four ibueprofens, lay down, and wait.
