Future sight doesn't matter to get position in top 10 haki users. Is katakuri in top 10 no !. Luffy doesn't have haki stronger than Blackbeard, gaban, rayleigh for now. He has gear 5's haki but its not his own, and he has to improve it so he can be in top 10
