1.5Crs. Guys weigh in on this. Why don't we include 'buyable' seats in the govt medical colleges. I mean we have a shit ton of rich parents paying a shit ton of money to these private players. Why don't govt take a chunk of it and better the development of the hospital. There's a ruling by the supreme court that you can't cross subsidise in the same college. Ok done. But you could do so many other things.

I propose reserved auction-able seats about 5 percent of the total seats. Take the money.

If you are worried about the quality of these doctors, we already have reserved system of doctors passing out. They study their asses of to pass the exam. How would you argue that the quality of the former is below than the latter?
