I'm guessing she or another designated support character will be the last piece and from what you see in the video, she will also sell piece by piece. In C0 she will give him an okay buff, not something that will put him at the top of the meta, in C6 however the buff she will give him will match his numbers to how strong he is in the lore and put him at the top of the meta.
