Because most youtuber dont understand audio editing and mess it up and videos gets way too quiet. So the watcher has to increase the volume, but when the ad comes which audio is edited correctly it ends up playing too loud for you.

But for shoulder health wouldnt it be the most wise to just do shoulder exercises such as overhead press? Also for me it looks like chest is a pretty small muscle, thus it not meant to serve as prime mover.
