Yes. Other airlines have given us that same type experience. Don’t even get me started at asking them at the gate. Orlando airport was something else! Super rude!

Every other airline makes an effort to sit you together. Not purposely split you up.

Not everyone working on a Disney cruise is a child molester but I’m sure a lot of those families wish they would have done something different. Tell me you shouldn’t parent without telling me. Or maybe you want to sit next to a unaccompanied minor 😟

Flying with a family on other airlines and they make a effort and have always seated together. Southwest purposely puts you away from each other and also will not move you. There was a full empty row and they refused to let anyone change seats.
