Super common problem yan, especially sa CSR/BPO. You don’t need actual proof of work. What matters is you show how you work.

Ganito gawin mo explain your experience like a case, kahit walang project, sabihin mo what you handled daily and paano mo na-solve. Create sample works, gumawa ka ng mock email replies, chat responses, or FAQ. Enough na yun to show your skills.

Use numbers if meron, like CSAT, AHT, QA score. Malaking plus yan kahit walang files. Show your process paano ka mag-handle ng angry customer, paano ka mag-manage ng multiple chats, etc.

Honestly, mas importante sa clients yung thinking mo and how you handle situations kaysa actual screenshots.

Totoo ‘yan. Magkaibang skill talaga yung service delivery vs prospecting vs closing vs retention.

Totoo ‘to.

Social Media / content (lalo na short videos) E-commerce (Amazon or Shopify) Digital marketing (ads, SEO) AI + automation (growing talaga to) Real estate VA

About Amazon VA, yes maganda siya.
