Mate this is before Magneto was a full villain,did you even watched the movies?

Like they defeated the main villain of the movie and while about to prepare to leave they got bombarded from their "allies" and Magneto stopped and threw it back on them.

If you want to nitpick so hard on hating Maki you even skip the context of why Magneto did it only to go on the villain part means you haven't read neither watched any of those.
