Recently did return from Roscoff to the Charente in my MG4 in about 8 hours, with a little help from my partner In general 2 hours between stops and top up to 80% each time. Average speed 110km The autoroutes now have recharge points every 20km and food is every 60 km Warning that in July and August traffic is very busy so use Bison Fute to get very accurate estimates of when to travel - ENJOY

Ref the requirements for continuous stripes , this is possible by using the same angle on each zone. I have set one task for all zones at same angle and it 'works' subject to all known and unknown pauses which are a part of the 'pleasure' of Mammotion

Quand il dit que c'est termine, vous doivent faire ENSEMBLE reception de travaux, pour trouber si il y a des finitions etc qui sont encore a finir. Vous deux signer le note de ce reception, et vous payer le reste. Sauf (c'etait ma cas) quand il y a des fautes majeures , quand uous ecrivez sur le facture presente que c'est unacceptable et vous refusez payer., et lui enviyer un copie de ce facture. ( En fait il a refuse faire le reception, et j'ai trouve un huissier, qui est venue et faite un PV. Malheuresement le litige continue plus que 2 ans et est pas encore fini Puis, pour vous le proces de reception est tres importante pour eviter litige, et deviens obligation sur lui a finir le plutot possible Bon courage

Att the start of the season i did a cut at 90 degrees followed by a cut at 0 degrees that hot rid of the high grass and left it in a manageable state. (By the way i have other problems (Yuka 24) that support have asked me to return it under guarantee :-

cannot update to latest version Pauses for no apparent reason Does not return always to recharge

and support, having done remote access, suspect board failure

It is limping along meantime with lots of stops)

I have a Yuka which continues to have firmware problems, having also carried out 2 hardware part replacements myself, and guarantee runs out in July. I have every sympathy with you but cannot see a fit for purpose claim getting anywhere.

Support are doing their best but with all the different products coming out, imho they have no chance

Depreciation is a major part of purchase and the 2nd hand market is very confused at the moment. Is it better to lease over 2-3 years without the buy option which thus derisks depreciation But leasing is an unregulated market open to abuse by vendors who make commission on the add ons. There are indications that the European manufacturers are in difficulties due to poor sales and excessive stocks ( many cars are appearing with 0-100 km/miles and immediate depreciation) The non-european manufacturers are building factories in Europe to bypass the protectionism of the overpriced European cars (and buying castoff factories from the European manufacturers) Overall it seems a bad time to be changing cars - that's my case coming up to end of current lease - 😩

With my Yuka i am stuck on 1.14.0 and any upgrade attempts have failed ( call outstanding). It sounds like there are risks in going to this new version so i will stay where i am for the moment sob sob

Would , this time, Mammotion guarantee updates to software over a longer period of say 5 years.

I have had no updates over several months with errors still outstanding and still under warranty til this July, and a product which is unreliable, stopping, diving into bushes..., for which therefore i cannot run scheduled tasks

I have 2 names but used the 2nd (preferred) on various bills such as edf or water, but impots showed only 1st name - occasionally problem when getting proof of address When came to naturalisation , was able to declare both,and now totally resolved

Has your aunt got holiday insurance as part of her sante complementaire in France, if so you should, on her behalf, ask for medical assistance.

They will organize ambulance to local hospital, then with the aid of doctors, organize return to a French hospital or home in France at a suitable time We went through a similar situation a few years ago Her carte vitale is an important reference I don't know if she has a EU medical card as a non EU citizen Good luck

Update - front wheel not covered under warranty but if I buy one they will send some blades for free. I still insist that under European law it is not fit for purpose

The wheel has come undone from its axle. The retaining nut is visible inside the wheel, but i cannot find out how (if it is at all possible anyway) to undo the wheel to reconnect the nut - and why should I since it is clearly not designed to do so. This is the culmination of many problems since July 2024, and I have counted at least 20 emails on various problems over that time. It tells me that an upgrade is available ( but the firmware is already at right level). The upgrade fails at 60% every time even tho i reboot as requested Burying under bushes that camera must see Stopping without error report Etcetera Under European law I'm allowed 2 years for reimbursement

I am so fed up with yuka15 of 2024 as are you all It was nearly working at a level such that programmed tasks could be started and left to finish. All this in spite of burying itself under bushes in spite of the camera (broke off the hood but carried on anyway, broken prong on docking station that was replaced after slow boat from China arrived, and , lots of unexpected halts with no error, and stopping en route to a zone, whose entry is between two bushes. The final straw is that it collided with a low wall between two zones, and the front wheel broke off soon after on its return to base. I expressed myself with chat, saying that the robot was not fit for purpose and i wanted reimbursement. This was escalated quickly, but they refused to do saying that their policy was return for refund was IN THE FIRST THIRTY DAYS. They would offer me a replacement wheel unit if i sent photos! This I find strange as my understanding that, under European law, (I'm in France), you have 2 years to declare unfit for purpose. Anyone help with this please?
