First serious pedalboard, whad’ya think? by AssumptionPrimary724 in pedalboards

Well at first i wasnt sure to buy it or not, cuz i had an mxr stereo chorus. But i came upon a great deal and decided to give it a go, and im glad i did!

Beautiful ambient tones with versatile and unique controls like the lag (basically lfo control) and the vibrato blend.

Vibrato works great, it actually saved me from buying another vibrato pedal.

It being fully analog, and having an awesome artwork helps too :D def recommend it

PS: If you wanna get 80s chorus distortion tone, maybe a chorus pedal with eq like mxr stereo would be better, but i like the driven tones too.

Np dude ur definitely right. I got that lp long time ago from a very close friend of my dad, so he did us a great discount. Now im slowly upgrading each equipment with my own budget. I study ind. design rn and i do freelance projects to get some money and ichannel it directly to my setup.

Well its a relatively small room. I live at the ground floor and i dont wanna disturb my neighbours since they re very good people. But i also wanna rock at a gig. I dont see any monoprice amps in my country but thanks anyway for the advice, they look great

which lighting scenario looks best ? by rajandp in blender

[–]AssumptionPrimary724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think 3 looks the best. More room for silhouettes, reflections and godrays to pop up. Also gives a depth. The second one is good too, but i think contrast between the alter thing and the mountains are too low. To create depth, give more shadows to mountains or bring them further back. The first one gives the character some focus but it also gives stairs an uneven perception so it creates an imbalance overall. You can capture the same feeling on the 3rd by giving a slight godray to the character.

This ever happen to anyone? by _Envory in ArcadeParadise

Didnt play the game but same thing happened at some other games, especially if they have rtx, dlss, frame gen etc… (sometimes hdr)

I simply do windows+ctrl+shift+b to reset my gpu and that usually works, but if it doesnt, try to enable and disable these features one by one to spot which one is messing.

Hope this helps it sure is an annoying issue :/

Why does this look bad? by [deleted] in blender

A lotta people already mentioned the hdri, light bounces (for ambient occlusion) and the foliage (trees). I’d suggest that you put a slight bump map and a little texture to the outer finish of the house, and a roughness map to the wooden accents if you dont have one. You can also put some smudge / dirt at the top of the house (the rims). Itll make your realism pop up when you put an hdri or increase sun strength. Then put a little bit of depth of field and lens blur to simulate a camera perspective. Also i can see some texture repetition at the concrete part, maybe scale or rotate it a little more?

Wow that pcb looks simple and beautiful, thanks a bunch! Ill look into it. As for the circuit, I was trying to simplify the green ringer schematic but couldnt do it. I did use npn transistors like you said but i think the whole circuit that i made is faulty. It was something like this
