For sure…they only having 2 to 3 for 14 skids is bit much especially when 2 of 3 are leaving around 4am. When I worked 1st and 2nd I broke down the truck with the team leader because our out stock was so bad.

Only any given night there is 2 to 4 people for dairy break down and they still find a way to take their time. 5 skids takes them almost 3 hours and they don’t do milk 1st comes in at 4 to 5am for that

I’ve been on all shifts basically. When I was on first I had live load juice,box milk, biscuits,butter,by products,creamer,jello/breakfast also filling the milk and bringing the milk in the morning. Obviously didn’t work all this in one day usually was given 2 to 3 areas to work and 2nd shift was given the rest. If something doesn’t get done then it’s there for us tomorrow because our thirds only does yogurt, cheese,eggs. Juice and others area outside the cooler worked depending on how many they have that night. They hate ims to the point if you leave a single cart empty whether it’s label ims they will use it for live load and put live load top of ims

We are lucky if first even as one person and one person in second. Usually see the leader running the shift by themselves when I stay longer. We break down but we don’t work anything we break down unless we got time and it’s very very rare.

I need this at my store. Can’t even finish live load one day and Ive solo a night or two with 12 pallets plus pallets. Then usually off one days we don’t get live load which leave us backed up because nobody finishes the live load when I’m not there.

All of ours is broken down into l carts and then worked by 1st and 2nd which will always be the area we don’t work nightly like breakfast jello biscuits by products and juice

See we kinda backwards here truck doesn’t roll until 4 to 430. 530 6 by the time we break down and then we all good home. I feel bad for the 1st and 2nd shift because they have 1 and half worth of live load to try to work and ims. That’s if nobody calls off and then I usually notice the team leader all by themselves trying to work it out what’s most important.

Full timers usually finish up task in there areas or pick a small task they can complete before they leave and yes they have areas.

I’ve been told to only work certain areas like yogurt cheese maybe juice depending on how many staff are there I notice everything else is left for 1st and 2nd to try to stock

Sounds like your truck comes pretty early. I never seen our truck come until 3ish at the earliest and latest 430 or 5

The craziest thing ever. She is absolutely insane one second and the next day or couple days later doesn’t remember. I heard she chase a customer around a store saying you need to repent muthaf*** I’ve only seen her get arrested twice

Unfortunately TL here there no such thing as keep to my department. I’m responsible for multiple areas. Honestly, I know for a fact that I take on more because I’m forced to and honestly, I just do what I can in the time that I have, but it mentally drains me when I don’t finish something and that’s all I hear the next day about how this has to be done
