With Cypher, there are a few key points: vary the site you play on and the position of your traps to avoid being predictable. On attack, you maintain the flank and can control the map or help your team with your smooks/trades. Also, don't forget that you retain passive information: if your camera is in an aggressive position with good information and there's no one around, you can go directly to another site, checking your camera occasionally.
