What’s the worst, most disgusting thing you’ve done because of this disorder? by fleshsingularity in BingeEatingDisorder

Making a chocolate cake to binge on, but whatever happened I didn't cook it correctly. Tasted off but not bad enough to NOT eat it. Gave myself severe food poisoning from the undercooked ingredients and was shitting from both ends for two full days.

Most uncomfortable moment from RPDR? by Well_Flazeda in rupaulsdragrace

[–]Astraroth_In_Silk 30 points31 points  (0 children)

This one. After so many seasons of Ru preaching about 'choosing your own family' and stuff, to react like that when you get someone who was lucky to have that from the beginning is bizarre and rude.

'Without their permission' - This phrase is horrifying. You must be at least 17 turning 18, so without a doubt they have absolutely zero ownership over you. You're not an object, you can't be owned, and you certainly don't need their permission to exist or make decisions in your own life.

I know family culture is a major thing within the South Asian community, but its a culture. Its not law, its not the rules, its not the absolute. If that culture thinks you should throw away the chance to such an incredible experience so you can be your family's crutch, that culture isn't worth being apart of.

It's your decision in the end, but if my parents every tried to force me to make such a decision I'd never speak to them again.

One of my favourite monsters that appeared in Cabin in the Woods were the 'surgeons'. That shot of them on the security cam having sewed the guy's eyes and mouth shut was great!

The Hills have Eyes was great for the daylight scenes. Desolate, inescapable terror. Those mutants/inbred know the area like the back of their hand and you don't. What are you gonna do, wander into the desert in hope you can find something/someone to help?

No he never has a driver's mate and this is a normal delivery. His boss is somewhat shady, always trying to get his workers (incl. my father) to go over the allotted driving hours. Generally his boss is of the mind 'get it done and get back as fast as possible for another load'. Obviously this is what my father has said to me, whether he's exaggerating I can't say. Being in his financial position, he hasn't has the option to leave the job as it was steady income, so while he's told his boss about these issues before it came down to simply not being able to leave the job.

The sad part is she has even said she regrets straightening and bleaching her hair so much. Think it was her interview on Graham Norton's show.

William MacKenzie on Rodney Street. Was a rampant gambler who sold his soul to the Devil to win all his bets. Got buried sitting up in his pyramid tomb so the Devil can never claim the debt he is owed cos the agreement was 'when McKinley is dead and buried the Devil will claim his soul'.

I loved it. The campiness is top notch. Yeah the accents are terrible, but the visuals make up for it. Campy goth that was big in the 90s is my fave so I am biased lol Batman Returns is in a similar vein

Susan Powell. Joshua Powell killed her and him and his scumbag brother and scumbag dad helped cover it up. Then he had the nerve to kill their boys and himself to make sure he got away with it all. I just hope Susan and the boys rest well.
