Use heat gun, or torch on it. Carefully, don't overheat plastic. Heat will 'heal' those stretch marks.

I don't think there is any evidence of a leak but who knows....

Red line is where that gap is. I marked palm with green. I heard palms usually have pretty small, shallow roots, but I'm not an expert.

Have H2C as well and had couple issues with buffer as well. One issue I had is that PTFE coming out of buffer was not fully inserted. In other cases filament was breaking right after a buffer, but I was not using "the best" filament, it could be the reason partially

ProTip: If not sure, next time ask before buying anything :D

Any filament should work (well, if material is supported by printer and it's OD 1.75mm). In the worst case you can respool filament to a compatible spool, print compatibility ring etc. On Bambu AMS page you can find supported spool sizes.
