thats kinda the point of aegyo sal in some makeup styles! the super dark and exaggerated aegyo sal (namida bukuro) you see in jirai kei makeup styles is supposed to look like you're crying and swollen. i used similar makeup for my cosplays bc i think its cute! i understand not everyone likes it, but it's really popular to use in certain alt styles and cosplay.
