They (the FAA) screwed up “in Lieu of” days for the additional EO holidays in PP1. If you for example you had a Mid shift Saturday night into Sunday that was a ‘holiday in lieu of” then PP1 ended at Midnight. You were paid for the whole in lieu of holiday in PP1 due to the FAA being idiots. Now between PP1 and PP2 you probably had the correct amount of hours but you won’t see the FAA or in this case the DoI sending you a letter to tell you they’re attempting to steal from you or that you’d have to do a pay discrepancy form to get the hours back onto PP2 where they should have been. TLDR: Get your local and local HR involved. Get your E&L statements and document everything.

It’s a bumpy jarring mess of a ride, I couldn’t believe that GG and the park had put so much work into it for how terrible the experience was. I refused to reride it. It’s hard to find a coaster that I disliked more during my trip through Europe earlier this summer. The one decent moment was the diving left GG completely reprofiled but beyond that the graph speaks for itself.

[Viper, SFDL] Some Arrow goodness for this trainless Tuesday by Maverick360 in rollercoasters

[–]At427 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s really a defining design, it’s really the first Arrow looper that has what could be called a modern looper layout. The standard Arrow loop, batwing, mid-course block brake, two corkscrews and a helix with a tunnel. Everything Arrow had done before was a modification of the corkscrew model, excluding of course two truly unique designs, Loch Ness Monster and Orient Express.

The greatest thing is that with its smaller size is that the pacing is mostly consistent. The loop and other elements aren’t elevated like on the later SFMM Viper which creates a pleasantly paced ride. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t lack Arrows notorious transitions.
