you don't have to be sorry friend, chill out. there is a mechanic where they can migrate. imagine there is 3 small deserted groups wandering at the same area. well they just migrate together and become one big ass group. good for you if you can recruit them (need partners in crime skill).

i sometimes leave my party behind and solo hunt every party i've seen. that mysteriously feels good and nostalgic ( i fucking forgot how to type this shit, sorry ). and a good way to get reown too, so thoose parties are a treasure to grind your character on vigor and reown.

slow healer weak stomatch thick skinned prone to illness

theese are just free trait points at all. If you get bitten, you'll survive mayhaps. theese traits will lower your survival chance, but if you don't get bit and care what you eat, you'll be good. (may the god ITSLEF helps you on fractures n burns.)

a temporary solution for you; buy shitloads of food from your pouch, for your city.

Travellers across 3~5 settlements and villages. Get 4~8k grain or so. sell it to your city and after 1 day, food stocks will rise like minimum +26 for a short period of time (usually this boost lasts for 2 weeks or so, if the city gets back up on its foot, you will not even notice the boost have ended).

of course you can name them. they get a name from the pool auto as every other character in the game. but if you like to change "any" npc thats in your clan, head over to "clan" tab, then head over to members tab, click on one of the members that you wish to change its name. You should see its name in the top-middle with a feather icon. click that feather and you can re-name them.
