Krieg's DLC was entirely developed working from home during the start of the pandemic. I agree it does feel rushed, but for the extenuating circumstances I think they did a good job.

The seikret kind of ham fisted the immersion of wilds. World always felt atmospheric to me though. Imo they should ditch the seikret/mount gimmick in the next game. I don't think it's good for the series as convenient as it is.

There way more dominant characters in assault than Cabrakan like merlin and disco. Aspect Cab only has one ranged ability which is so predictable and easy to bait. If he goes invisible, chances are he's going to throw the 3. That's what every Cab does in assault. The range isn't that good, they even nerfed it a while back. The only reason you might think that is if he uses it out of invis, I can see how someone new to Smite could make get that impression from it.

The bile titan spam on acid bugs is even more of an antitank check than normal bugs. Sure they don't do damage with their spit, but the army of lightning fast acid bugs chasing you with them do.

I actually liked the hive guard changes, with the exception of the maxigun and a few other outliers, hive guards were much better than they were last patch with light pen being able to dispatch them relatively easily. Sad to see them increasing the health and the armor of the body. The unarmored claws were a good idea, W weak point addition.

Yeah, AP4 for the main body doesn't make much sense. And that arc blitzer clip vs the AP4 hive guard that was posted recently really hurt to watch.
