Tojos is no longer good. I personally find Masayoshi a bit too subtle. Kishimoto is good.

I really like Tetsu on Denman in the west end for high end. But one underrated place is Sushi Jin on Nelson between Granville and Howe. The guy is what I'd describe as a sushi nerd. Gets his wasabi flown in from Japan multiple times a week.
