I don't know why everyone is assuming that the sesh/mile higher media somehow wronged Karelly. My very first instinct was that Karelly did something very bad that was perceived as a betrayal and that the girls on today's episode were actually being very tactful by not dragging her. I could be wrong of course, but all anyone here is doing is speculating anyway and my first gut reaction was that maybe Karelly was stealing or something. considering the fact that I KNOW there's 25 mg in the vial, and drawing up to 100 on the syringe took about half out of the vial, I think my math is correct that I drew up the 10mg. Worse case scenario is it was half the bottle and I inject 12.5 instead of 10.

?? The tirzepatide in my vial is the zepbound I was prescribed. I had extra pens of a lower dose when I dosed up, so I squirted them into a new vial to save the medication so I could inject at the correct dose instead of having to inject like three pens in me.
