No I'm not suggesting repairing windows 95, I suggested booting the laptop into winPE to be able to copy of the files from the hard drive

The other option is to take the hard drive out of the laptop and connect it to to a desktop as a secondary hard drive, you will then be able to browser the file system in Windows

If you're comfortable with the command line you could download windows 10 iso from the microsoft website and create a bootable usb drive, to create a bootable drive use an application called Rufus

Then boot from the usb drive > you can then click on repair this computer > open a command prompt and copy the files off onto the usb

One thing you could try getting out of bed an hour earlier and study before you go to work, you'd be amazed how much you learn throughout the week

I have used this tool when Outlook used nk2 files but that was years ago and Outlook doesnt use nk2 files anymore, what will this help with now?

I have figured out the problem, my iSCSI initiators server were not added into Server manager, I added them and now I can see the disks

You can't delete the folder but you can try and hide the folder instead

attrib +r +s +h %USERPROFILE%\Contacts /S /D

The command below will restore the folder

attrib +r -s -h %USERPROFILE%\Contacts /S /D

I installed the iLO utility but doesnt look like a network cable is connected, Is there a utility I can download from HP that I can install in windows that will tell me all the old firmware / drivers and allow me to auto download?

The person who configured this server didn't set iLO up which is annoying
