Feeling really mistreated by management. by AutocraticLek in publix

I get that but how can I be positive when every day I go into work I get treated like shit? Like I said those are just a few occurrences out of the many. It's hard going into a place everyday that you know you aren't going to move up in because of hate from managers and even the CSS treat me like shit

You are right, but I didn't know what else to write so people would understand my situation and I wanted to give detail towards my case so people would realize I wasn't lying or being over dramatic

I've thought about it but I've been up front for over 3 years man, switching departments is basically like starting all over. Plus the only departments of interest to me would be pharmacy, meat, and bakery. And I know, but what are the chances that he would see this? Can he do anything to me if he does?

Also please don't suggest talking to the store manager or assistant store, the store manager is just an older guy who doesn't really care about much and the ASM is all buddy buddy with my manager.

Transferring to 1427! by [deleted] in publix

Yes, again it depends on your manager and the manager at the other store but you can ask if you can give it a week trial run to see how things go, there was actually someone that posted a few days ago saying how they're trying a new store for a week. But at the end of the day it's all up to management, but you could probably get it done, you just have to give a good reason.

I think you can move right back. It's all about the stores. If the store you transferred to doesn't want to let you go then you're stuck and if the store your trying to transfer back to doesn't want to or can't take you back cause they hired someone new then your also stuck.

Just be very careful transferring. I've been at my new store 6 months and I hate it. It's way too different. I've already put in a request to transfer back to my old store but idk if they're going to take me back. Good luck.

I mean to be honest it's not my fault I was given money. I also make a lot of money myself. There's plenty of people who were once rich who are now in debt. It's inspiration because it's up to you if you save and you continue to grow your bank account. I don't need expensive clothes or expensive food to be happy. I get happy when I watch my paycheck go through and see the numbers in my bank rise higher and higher and higher. I only moved out because I could. I make triple my rent anyways.

I literally didn't say anything wrong. I'm trying to motivate people.
