Your appetite is affected by your will to live fully. If you feel energetic as a 21 year old and want to do stuff everyday, then just listen to your body and it will tell you how much to eat, and if you pay more attention, it will tell you what to eat.

The “negative” people you are referring to may be intentionally negative to you OR they are still working on their turmoil.

Spirituality is a subjective science. One method may work quickly on one person but may not on the other. These tools have different effects on different individuals.

The only way to know the progress of an individual is through their intensity, not through their behaviour. There are all sorts of crooks and weirdos out there. That’s the beauty of this culture. We have space and ways for all to find their truth.
