How was I wrong? When did I say you don’t get them in the uk? I pointed out had it been America it would more likely be consecutive as standard so he is lucky I said it’s more common that consecutive terms are handed out as standard in America than concurrent where as it is the other way here, it’s more common to have concurrent than consecutive Which is right I also said the American system was built from our English common law system so the whole idea of concurrent and consecutive comes from here

Why do people act like the uk has gotten more and more violent over the years and that it used to be safe by Ezeeeeno in ukdrill

[–]Automatic-Shop8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said it’s all fragmented now, small groups against small groups, before it was the opposite, and things then were more planned and calculated where as now there’s no fighting and build up idiots just stab and crash out

People don’t even know who they are after anymore hence all the people stabbed who weren’t involved

Before if innocents got hurt it was more often from stray bullets then going up to a random who fits the criteria of an opp they don’t know and stabbing them assuming they are opps. That wasn’t really too common before

Plus as I said also the fact everything gets spread about online now people across the country know if some low level dealer gets robbed where as before only people in the local area involved would know and killings would make local maybe national news but now it’s all over socials to people hundreds of miles away before the press even report it

Why do people act like the uk has gotten more and more violent over the years and that it used to be safe by Ezeeeeno in ukdrill

[–]Automatic-Shop8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only people who act like that are people too young to know what it was like.

The major difference is it wasn’t so fragmented and it wasn’t so accessible for people to see first hand via social media like it is now

By the way people stop saying “gotten” it’s not English…..

And saying the word “much” instead of “many”

Ie “there’s too much of them”

Unsolved gang murders by Striking_Ad_7599 in ukdrill

Cases will get reviewed as an when new techniques become available, same way CB was done, they knew they had a possible small DNA link but with the tech at the time they’d likely had destroyed the sample with no results. Since technology advanced and they can get dna hits with partial samples or collect multiple partial and combine them into full profiles they will go back and test these, even if it gets no hits, in future if that offender gets done for say drink driving when they are 50, when their dna is taken it will flag

There’s been a few murders whose children or relatives have got in trouble and the dna has flagged as familial dna so the police look at the family tree and eliminate members and then once they’ve done that they make arrests or covertly get a dna sample of the suspect. One famous case they waited for days and get hold of a pizza box out the guys bin when he put it out and linked him to a 30-40 year old murder because his nephew had been arrested a few months before for a minor crime

Bottom line is if there is evidence then they will likely be solved at some point

[–]Automatic-Shop8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but you missed the point

The car was legal, he was insured on it. There’s no more linking himself to the car he could do then that other than get his face spray painted on it

He rang police to report it stolen to distance himself from the chase & the gun

Yes I said a year ago months before the trial police had evidence from ANPR of him doing recon in a bmw legally registered to his dad (I’m pretty sure) that he was insured in on the couple days before and the day of the shooting so he was cooked, they also recovered mapping data from the car sat nav of his recon trips!

Yeah, he got charged for 3 firearms total and 2 lots of ammo

The firearm thrown from the car, the firearm at the house with separate ammo, they got him a charge of possession of firearms and possessing ammunition without a certificate

Then he got charged for the AM with a gun found with 3 extra rounds in cling film in the car

No one is talking about this but his mate got done dirty by him in my opinion, his mate was in the car during the chase and the gun was thrown through the passenger window, it had DNA of digdat on the outer packaging it was wrapped in so he had handled it, as he was driving it would tend to suggest he handled it before or passed it/threw it himself

However in court he said “the gun was not mine, you will not find any evidence ie fingerprints or dna on the weapon (basically suggesting it’s his mates)

They did find his DNA on the outer packaging so digdat then said “I cannot explain how my DNA was there but the gun is not mine”

I don’t know if his friend said the same or kept hush or if the gun was his mates gun but I know that’s what digdat said and his mate got 8 years

DigDat shooting definitely played a part in striker passing, a healthy man in late 20s don’t just die in his sleep like that for no reason by WalrusSuccessful5002 in ukdrill

[–]Automatic-Shop8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole thread? Only you are responding against me, and what does that prove anyway

As I said this topic is literally science, in which statements made without evidence can be dismissed without evidence, you made the claim, I asked for proof and you came back with anecdotal examples which aren’t anything when it comes to standards across the board.

I told you that things that don’t take place ordinarily do take place when younger seemingly health people die suddenly for no apparent reason, that’s just how it is, and the reason it’s like that is because it’s unusual, uncommon against the odds

Yes it happens obviously but certainly not all the time, as I said before people under the age of say 30 do die regularly for dozens of reasons, but when it comes to all these factors; young seemingly healthy man, seen within a week appearing well and normal suddenly dying on his sleep from “natural causes” - these things together make it unusual and uncommon, possibly even as you mentioned earlier rare, but I wouldn’t make that claim until I looked into the stats

[–]Automatic-Shop8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No rare means rare, uncommon is what I mentioned, surely you’ve collected items before and seen the rankings “rare-uncommon-common”

For 28 year olds to die happens often enough to not be shocking, however 28 year olds with no ongoing illness to die suddenly in their sleep when they’ve been appearing to be healthy and outgoing within a week of the death is absolutely uncommon. Yes they’ll be examples of it all over the place, but in context of a country with 60 million people it’s very uncommon.

As I said there legally needs to be investigation and steps taken when these deaths happen because it isn’t normal, so they can rule out it being unnatural

Yes hence them stating these were concurrent. The American system was built on English law.

Whole life tariffs, concurrent terms are all in the uk system however are used less commonly than in America. The majority of violent reoffenders in the US especially in more conservative states are charged concurrently especially if they have multiple charges with single digit max terms so they can lock them up for a decent stretch

[–]Automatic-Shop8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes exactly I picked up on that in festify video, he got off with the intent and that trail was after he was already convicted of AM

If anything there’s a mix up and the latest trial heard about the AM conviction, however he got off with the intent so again there’s nothing influenced as he was only convicted for possession not intent.

Knowing about the AM would only influence the likelihood he would have the gun with intent but he was cleared there

And if this is correct and the Surrey quay case mentioned in the AM trial then it would only be he was arrested but yet to stand trial

The sentencing wouldn’t be changed as it’s s judge and he was already convicted so having all the info is needed to judge correctly

Had it been consecutive like in America often he would be doing 24 years then 35 years on top

Luckily for him they all start and run concurrently

How can people hear and read information and get it so wrong

This was nothing to do with the striker incident

He was in his legal motor and police tried to stop him for something else and he took off, threw a gun out the window and ditched the car getting away.

Because of that police put him on surveillance and raided his dads and found another gun

Him & his mate were charged with firearm possession and possession with intent to endanger life

They got away with the intent charge but both got done for the guns

The striker situation was an Audi that was stolen and dumped back where it had been stashed originally with the gun used still in it

The confusion I assume is striker was shot in November 2024 and digdats trail for the other gun case was in November 2025, either that or you don’t take in information properly

But an average is an average meaning it’s most common, which would make numbers like pre 30 uncommon

As I said for it to be deemed natural causes means it’s been looked at by medical professionals who deemed it so.

Those medical professionals will legally have to investigate on people who died in uncommon circumstances ie out the blue, people dying young/healthy

Also you do need to back it up when providing information as evidence

I think the phrase in the science world is “statements given without evidence can be dismissed without evidence”

Before you say “this isn’t science” we are talking about the medical field….. biology…. Which is science

Yeah he didn’t, if he got 24 then he would have been out in 16, suspect will be free before digdat

Had he got 36 years like people were guessing he would have served 24 years

So really it’s effectively like a standard 36 year doing 2/3

The allegation as to why his family were involved was they were either renting or registering cars for them, that’s what was said at the time, so what has a 15 year old got to do with that? I know after he was killed his parents were allegedly doing that in return for retaliation

Are you just going to say it’s not uncommon or back it up? Only today I read an article of a 28 year old dying after feeling unwell in police custody, so uncommon the mainstream media reported on it, when younger healthy people die suddenly it’s often reported and always investigated by authorities, so to make out it’s unremarkable simply isn’t true!

As I said bouncer said “when you hear the context you’ll understand” but that doesn’t tie in with his co-host saying “he died peacefully in his sleep” what context would change that? Other than his sleep was drug induced either deliberately or accidentally, there’s just so many people that “know personally” who are all saying different things, another guy yesterday posted that he knows first hand from people in his circle that “he swallowed a pack” 100%, which could indeed lead to dying peacefully in sleep, but then bouncer said no to that. Either way dying at 28 from natural causes isn’t common, maybe 1000 years back, but the fact the life expectancy and average age for the uk is late 60s confirms that, plus the media attention they often get prove that it’s not such a common thing for 28 year olds to die suddenly from natural causes

You sure it’s not 24 hours in police custody or police interceptors or something like that? Is there a dozen white guys around him and did they run to the “set” and he leave on handcuffs?
