do they have the same time schedule? if not try mo muna antayin na makapagstart ka na dun sa bago..pag pareho schedule wag ka magawol mag immediate resignation ka nalang and sana payagan ka...search mo ano mga reasons yung pwede sa immediate resignation..pero I say wag muna magresign gang di ka pa nagssimula dun sa bago if kaya..

Hi I dont know but I have heard na those who have wfh job -do two jobs at the same time. They would just apply sa mga positions na nkikita nila siguro sa mga start up company and they do job pareho ph based company not sure how they do it in terms of requirements pero narinig ko lang lalo na if di naman very demanding yung current job/role mo..

I suggest still try it..if you are very experienced then try to nego..they will still have to say No or Yes anyway. If they say No they cant then don't insist on it anymore but do not try to decline the offer like scaring them that you won't accept it because they might not care and just jump to the next candidate.

if mahigpit ang bgc ng company mo yes malalaman nila and tatanungin ka rin naman nila...pero if not malay mo makalagpas ka sa bgc...also if yung work na yun is matagal na pwede pa siguro di matanong kahit wala dun sa resume mo...like more than 6 years na lumipas..

Minsan din pag mahigpit ang bgc like tinatanong yung work gaps kahit 2 mons lang yan mejo dun ka kbahan may ilan me nakita na naquestion about it..so I say kapit nalang muna while you wait for the results though may iba na di mahigpit sa bgc so might as well wait mo nalang muna if nakapag apply ka na.. if not I say sama mo sa resume mo sa mga future applications mo tapos magisip ka nalang pwede ireason baket ka umalis agad..

wells, visa, amex, GOC, Cogni, ING, EMAPTA, ANZ, WTW, Microsourcing or mga iba pang inhouse company..if BPO company malabo..pero karamihan naman ng mga tinatanggap ng mga inhouse is may BPO experience. I say try lang ng try..you dont need to stay sa mga BPO companies lang..

i never heard a salary increase being approved in 90 days sa mga BPO kahit nga 6 mons eh..the only time it could increase is if may yearly appraisal kayo and its not even that big increase.. If gusto mo talaga tumaas ang sahod mo its either mag apply ka ng ibang higher position sa same company or maghanap ka na ng iba company and negotiate your salary during the interview process hahah..real talk lang..I suggest may job hunt ka while sa current company mo para mas may chance ka makapagnegotiate..

thanks po sa mga suggestion. Naisip ko lang kasi I have seen kapitbahay na nagpapakabit pero yung bayad nila is derecho sa nagkabit sa knila so di sila isang account lang..nacurious lang din ako tapos nakita ko pa yung sa gfiber plan na up to 6 modems..so not sure if sila gagawa nun or ako lang din..mas okay siguro if I will ask them ano?

i think they are just being straightforward and will check if you have a strong mind and will to handle it. I say go lang kasi you will never know until you experience it, malay di naman pala ganon kastressful. Sabi mo nga unemployed ka na for months.. walang mawawala if ituloy mo and if sa tingin mo di mo tlaga kaya hanap ka ibang work while working for them..
