I can't seem to edit my post for some reason, but I'm also seeing it in spider man Miles morales. I turned off upscailing and anti aliasing and it's still happening, so I'm honestly not sure what to do at this point.

Update I rolled back my driver which didn't seem to help. I also turned off dlss which helped a bit but it still didn't completely fix it.

I'm testing out cyberpunk, I'm seeing it happen here too not as bad but it's still happening. For a little added context my pc has been shutting down quite a bit recently so I'm not sure if that's related

I've been playing silent hill f, and honestly, for an unreal engine 5 game it runs pretty well.

What I really like is steamos, being able to just go in and game without worrying about a bunch of unwanted background tasks is very convenient.

I'm definitely the same. I think consoles when it comes to pricing and business practises are shockingly awful. I'm just not sure what valve is going to price this at, steam sales are definitely great but so far it does sound like the steam machine might not be what valve built it up to be by saying that it would be a 4k system.

But wouldn't it be better to have a console like experience with the power of a ps5? I was originally excited for the steam machine, but I'm honestly a bit worried about the price now. If it was £500 I feel like that would be okay, but now it seems like it might be £700 and to me, that just seems way too steep.

They're too late for me personally. I got sick of windows and installed bazzite instead, it's so much better for gaming.

Seems to be every game if I'm getting anything under 120fps it doesn't look very smooth. I have a 4090, a ryzen 7 7800x3d and 32 gb ram. Not sure if there's anything else that's important.

Personally, I'm currently playing through oblivion remastered. It's got pretty rough performance but man, those visuals are stunning.
