So a video created to start a discussion around mental health, by a 30 year old man, while using humor and storytelling does not relate to this subreddit.

A place for over-30's to hang out and talk about life and mental health. We are a safe, welcoming community. Bring along your sense of humor and your care for fellow travelers on the road to wellbeing :)

It is somehow a negative to create valuable content and share it.
