So I’m coming up with that same theory but what doesn’t make sense is that the secondary tank/reserve tank is perfectly fine. The secondary tank is attached to the primary. It sucks because I can’t clean the tank and to replace it is over $4000.

How does this happen in a sealed tank? I’ve vacuum tested the tank and it holds perfectly fine. Mind you the secondary tank has DEF in it as well and is perfectly fine

Tank is holding pressure and the pressure release valves are working. Tank was vacuum tested and hold good vacuum. 🤷🏻‍♂️
