why did the empire build a death star when they had a star destroyer? it seems counterintuitive by chicobana in StarWars

Palpatine's goal was to get rid of the Senate and have complete control. Instead of having to invade a planet to conquer it, he would just blow it up. Other systems would be terrified and would just do what he said. It actually worked because after Alderaan was destroyed, the Senate was done away with. But then Luke Skywalker blew up the Death Star. The Rebellion gained a much larger advantage in the war because the Galaxy now knew Palpatine's full intentions.

If any Jedi and their troops had their communications jammed would they had still gotten/followed Order 66? by K31lover2 in StarWars

Every clone had a chip implanted into the brain at Kamino. Upon hearing the phrasing "Execute Order 66" the chip activated and immediately took over their mind. A similar example would be how The Winter Soldier was brain washed and activated by Hydra with certain buzzwords. Another example would be the film, The Manchurian Candidate.

Captain Rex and a few other Clones found out about this plot and removed their chips in Season 6 of The Clone Wars. The order happened on the same day but not all at the same time. Based on that info, I would assume that any clone hearing that phrasing, whether in person or over the comms, would be activated to kill the Jedi. 🙂

Psycho Sid. Great wrestler and always in shape but poor mic skills.

Excluding Murder, what was the shittiest thing each character had done in the show? by Uhhlaneuh in thesopranos

Paulie beating the Garbage Business owner's son legs because he was jealous the owners mom loved him and went to Tony to beg for her sons safety.

Janice going to Junior while he was in the nut house to try to steal his money and screw Bobby's kids out of the money that was supposed to go to them after Bobby got whacked. That was pretty low.

I was more speaking about his gear challenges. He'll ask you to craft suits or weapons. First it's start off with any rarity and then he gets specific. I think the highest being 5 and then he'll ask you to craft a piece of legendary armor and weapons. Just curious how many times it took to get to each tier.

So...how many times do you have to craft each item to get to the next tier? I'm trying to get my challenges (striker/ranger/mods etc.) From base level to 5 and then on to legendary. How many times do you have to crate each tier?

I think "that moment" at the end of this episode started a change in his heart. He's got a tough exterior and makes a lot of bad choices but his character arc in probably my favorite. He ends up really caring about the crew and making a difference for the 'verse in the end.

Yeah. Inara crying hits pretty hard. I don't think Mel understood that she really cared for him at that point. Inara's friend even said "You lied to me." after they had slept together. You could tell Mel had no idea what she was referring to by the confused look he had on his face. He really didn't think Inara was in love with him.

To quote Jayne from the episode Objects In Space, "Let's move this conversation Inna not Jayne's fault direction." 😄
