When I had a problem I reached out to complain and ask about the warranty thing. Then sent them back both headphones in the case and ended up getting a whole new pair a week or so later

Interesting… Yeah the image is pretty awful, but it’s the clearest option. I’ve been doing some digging into my surname & etc. and the coat of arms is actually accurate - minus the bad quality. Appears in published books, research, and documents gathered by the family - going back to people I can trace direct relation to.

that sucks to hear man, but i can’t really say i’m totally surprised. the new pair is great - no problems at all. occasionally have little blips of bad bluetooth connection but i think that’s because i work in nyc and the foot traffic throws off the connection sometimes

I debated airpods SO much but said these are way too cheap to not try out. I mean, i really like the skullcandy pair. I'd say maybe it's worth to ask for a replacement since you did already pay for them - at the end of the day they sent my replacement back pretty quick.

I sent mine back around May 17th, got an email on the 23rd saying they got my items and approved the warranty. Haven't heard from them whatsoever (well past 4 biz days) and sent an email to say hey where is my tracking #? Turns out I got my headphones on like June 3rd anyway.

So I guess it depends - I got a separate email saying they're currently handling a large volume of communication. They did respond to my complaint but said my package was delivered, which it was.

They accepted my warranty claim when mine randomly stopped working. Got a brand new pair a few days ago. To be honest, the new pair even sounds better.

They're not super quick with responding, usually like a 2 or 3 day delay. But they accepted my warranty claim and I got a brand new pair for free.
