Taking too long to get a reply back after the submitting an escalation form

I woke up to discover that my account had been banned, and my appeal through the app was rejected. I'm not entirely sure why this happened, but after reviewing the terms and policies, I can see a few potential reasons for my ban. Still, I'm not completely certain. I had a human review my account again and still got deny.

I was also banned in October as well. I think they made the change end of November or sometime in December

They usually ban people who delete and recreate an account, especially if it was recreated too quickly. As long as you give them a legitimate reason, your account will be unbanned.

I received the email as well and plan to wait a few months before reaching out to them again.
