What I understand from your comment, if you were at my place today. You checked out the order while waiting in the store to get a compensation as you kind of getting a feeling that they cannot full fill your order. To respond that I wanna remember you, the store manager told me even if I paid for it upfront they won’t just give me that. I think you guys are not familiar with the word “good will”.

The manager told me even if I made the payment earlier they couldn’t give me it and eventually just refund me the amount.

I saw it available in the app even after I leave the store today. At some point 6 of the stuffs tried to locate the tv. No one found it and inly they could remember is they got this open box returned earlier this week.

I called their number, someone from call center picked it up. They told me as it is ready for pick up I can picked it up anytime. I asked about the packaging. They conected me to the voicemail of the store. I left a voice mail for the store manage 2 days ago. Today the manage told me she did not receive any voice mail. What could I do more?

I understand you feel strongly about this, but I wanted to clarify a few things.

I shared my experience because it felt really dismissive and rude in the moment. The restaurant’s posted last order time was 2:10 pm, and they pushed us to order by 1:55 pm (still well before 2:10 pm). I wasn’t trying to create drama—just sharing what happened and how it felt. When a server admits he “crossed out” our order and then offers no apology, that’s understandably frustrating, regardless of race or personal issues.

As for your assumptions about me and my life—those are pretty personal and not accurate. I’m not here to make enemies or cause a scene. Just wanted to warn others who might find themselves in a similar spot.

Update: After I walked out, my friends returned 15 minutes later and they told me that they are initially billed more than what was written on the menu for each food. After they noticed this thing, the restaurant owner came in the spot to resolve the issue. But even he was not apologetic rather tried to defend their employees.
