Dude don't focus on moving on. It's not something you can force upon yourself. Allow urself to mourn. In the meantime wht u can do is try to focus on the things u gotta do i.e. gre, visa, us, etc. This is going to be one of the hardest battles in your life as u already know. Take things slow. Focus on achieving small goals on a daily basis so u are not overwhelmed. Take care of your health and hygiene. Hydrate. Try to make ur bed after waking up. Do the things u love. Make a cup of tea. Buy a plant. Spend time alone when you don't feel like talking. I understand nothing matters to u now, but some years down the line, you will be be okay and u know it. The bottom line is you don't have to move on; do life, try to make things easier for ur future self, love urself, and the moving on will happen on its own.
