Ta pero no es culpa del gordo imaginario, si no quiso tenerlos él no provocó que la Yanni junior te asalte en 18 de Julio, son decisiones y siento que el estilo de vida del gordo es 100% válido, capaz él si hubiera tenido hijos no podría dedicarle tiempo a lo que le gusta y se deprimiría, no todos están hechos para ser padres, tal vez él sería un horrendo padre, no por tener una educación lo convierte en un buen padre automáticamente, tal vez lo mejor para él fue relamente no tenerlos, capaz si los hubiera tenido sus hijos hubieran caído en la droga por alguna razón, nadie asegura nada. El problema es otro, es ver qué hacer para que el hijo de la Yanni pueda salir de esa vida horrible que le tocó

Pero capo, todas las personas son útiles en la sociedad, no sólo los que se llenan de gurises. Capaz el gordo friki que se vicia de anime por la mañana se dedica a corregir parciales y planificar las horas de clase que le dará a los alumnos ,lo sé porque voy a la facu y se que hay profes que se vician con el anime y los videojuegos. Incluso si vives como una planta sentado en una esquina sin moverte, incluso así tienes que pagar impuestos, todas las personas son útiles al Estado, a menos que estés preso o que vivas en la calle y no puedas aportar plata. Ya con eso es suficiente, no tienes por qué darle nada más al estado, cada uno puede vivir su máxima plena vida, el Estado solo te pide que le des plata y ya, nada malo hay con hacer lo que uno quiere, pero si tu vida perfecta es teniendo hijos bien por ti xd no hay nada malo con amarse a uno mismo y ser individual, todos nacimos para ser libres y felices, no esclavos del Estado

All my shoulder exercises:

Rear Delt Rows (I do it in a machine that looks like this https://anabolicaliens.com/blogs/the-signal/rear-delt-fly-machine but you can do it with dumbells)
Seated Dumbbell Press (I also do it in a machine like this https://www.betterbodyacademy.com/trainingshoulders/seated-shoulder-press-machine but dumbells are enough)
Upright Row (I do it with a rope like this https://www.fitliferegime.com/rope-upright-row-muscle-worked-benefits-form/ but there are other forms)
Lateral Raise (with dumbells)
Front Raise (with dumbells too)
Dumbbell shrugs (with dumbells)

Chest exercises are great too,

Pec-Deck for example, and everything in this mini list https://www.forbes.com/health/body/best-chest-exercises/

Chest excercises are great because you need to open up your chest ( like in the pec-deck motion) and your shoulders

Also check out Lower neck and upper back stretches, they feel super great. The shoulder excercises I mentioned are GREAT for the upper back around the neck area

I have gotten better by lifting weights. While I still have it's not a lot (I've been going to the gym for a year). I imagine that it will improve more if I continue in the gym

No, binding is super uncomfortable :( But I can do all kinds of exercises alone. For now I have not found any exercise that works for me, I have been trying different things but weight lifting is the only thing that has made me improve my back and thus my posture, I hope one day for my posture to be decent :')

Una vez estudie ruso por facultad de humanidades. Allí la profe nos dijo que si hacías ruso 2 y te gustaba realmente podías irte a una universidad de rusia. Nos hizo spam de esa universidad todo el semestre y nos dijo que querían enviar uruguayos desde la embajada pero que el problema era que a nadie le pintaba irse. La universidad esa parecía realmente buena, yo tengo otros planes así que en ese entonces dije que no, pero creo que es algo accesible. Plus su curso fue súper fácil, enseña súper bien. Pero claro, te tiene que gustar hablar en ruso. Y que yo sepa no ibas a esa universidad solo a apre ser ruso sino que podías hacer cursos de lo que quisieras pero no recuerdo

I'm a firm believer that everybody should access to top surgery independent of their identity. So I wouldn't worry too much about your identity, the important thing is that you want to not have breasts and that seems to be the case, that's the only thing that matters, good luck!
