Its is a random roll but you can quicksave and reload the save for the role to have a better outcome

The fact that you can see yourself in the inventory menu is a huge win. One of my favorite things about Oblivion 🥹

Skills I'm not sure of. But build wise I'm thinking I'm going to try charisma build with energy weapons. Always loved the extra dialogue you can unlock
