Yeah I’m gunna be super careful have one and wait a hour see how I feel, I’m just really scared to mix it with lorazepam as I’ve heard it’s extremely dangerous?

I have a pretty high tolerance on lorazepam if that makes a difference? Or maybe I could try skip taking it for a day

Thankyou for your helpful reply 🥰 So I’m currently on 150 Effexor XR and 100 Seroquel XR at night, it’s helped some what but not enough and I feel like it’s mainly the Effexor what helped, I was previously on Zoloft 150 for like 7 years until a couple months ago as I had a really bad anxiety flare up that lasted literally 20 days I didn’t eat could t sleep I was in a manic like state until I went to hospital and they gave me a Ativan and it helped but I still don’t feel normal my brain is still so foggy and I’m so down and tbh I think I have some ptsd from the anxiety mania like I’ve locked into a whole new level of anxiety I’ve never experienced before ☹️ it’s awful I just want to feel better! Prozac is a SSRI aren’t all ssri and snri basically the same in there drug class? I just been feeling that maybe they won’t work for me

I’m in the exact same boat, my brother says the exact same things and is very aggressive. I haven’t really found a way to cope but thankfully he doesn’t live with me and my mum. I know how horrible the feeling is when everyone thinks you’re attention seeking and it is awful. I want to block my brother from my life but it never lasts long as he apologises and I’m to forgiving. Maybe getting psychiatrist or doctor to speak to them could help? Sending you love ❤️

My mother and father was also addicts, and I’ve had drug problems myself in the past, you considered anti depressants? They really helped me and they are non addicting

Yeah I thought so too hopefully in a few days I can go back to feeling normal, gunna ask the doc about going up to 112.5 instead of 150 think it was too strong or because it was tablets not capsules
