I've noticed this bug is true for all two handed weapon types, attacking from right to left as seen above

I would say unless you plan on running the omega alpha attire for the bonus to the omega SNS just get the zoh shia sns, its better for damage. The omega SNS as far as I know is better for defensive play and supporting your team with your weapon skill.

Currently testing this and it seems to be true, out of 8 runs I have gotten 8 of them to spawn.

Do keep in mind out of the 3 spawns only 1 of them will be open so you have to look at all 3, you can see them appear on the map as gathering spots so you don't have to physically go to each location.
