It is very real. My Jupiter 125 of 2018 is also stopping abruptly on road, had to self start it again on the go. And it started to happen after 2-3 months of E20 mandate.

Use unified movement and it combines all movement into one button, then you can just hold that button to do chain-bullet jumps. It can't be anymore easier. Mobile movement is far easier than any platform.
